About Our Team
Noe Duran started off in the Construction Business 20 years ago and has been going stronger than ever before. He’s constructed most of the homes in Round Rock and Hutto as well as most of Williamson County when he was a homebuilder for recognized companies such as GEHAN, Highland Homes, and Drees Home.
He has acquired experience as a framer, working with masonry as well as carpentry and has now ventured into owning his own business. Noe loves to enjoy his off time alongside his wonderful children and has a special place in his heart for soccer!

Ivana
Ivana is one of the wonderful team members that specializes in giving quotes and preparing your at home appointment. She works part time with Noe Duran Construction and is also a Employment Law Laywer In South America. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
When Ivana isn’t working, she enjoys spending quality time with her mother and exploring new places!
Zalatiel
Zalatiel works hand by hand, on site, on every single one of our home projects. With more than 10 years experience as an Certified Electrician, he also specializes in wood and concrete projects. Catch Zal working hard on your project! He is fluent in Spanish.
Zal is from the coast of Mexico and enjoys going to visit his Beachside home!
Stefanie
Stefanie has been with NDC for 8 years and serves as the Business Manager. She specializes in Invoicing, Quote Management, Billing, and Marketing and Promotions. You will encounter her out in the field doing at home estimates.
Stefanie comes from a background of Home Improvement Retail and Law Enforcement. Stefanie is also a Licensed Corrections and Telecommunications Officer! Her hobbies include traveling, exploring new foods, driving sports cars, and playing soccer. Stefanie is fluent in English, Spanish and also speaks french.
